Get Rid of it the Right Way
_________________________________
Do you have an old VCR or TV that hasn’t worked in years? Want to get rid of it the right way? Roanoke Natural Foods Co-op is teaming up with Natural Awakenings Magazine to host a Fall E.C.O (Electronics Clean Out) Day in the Grandin Village. This is a great time to get rid of those electronic devices that no longer work or have become outdated and energy inefficient.
Fall ECO Day
Free Electronics Recycling
Saturday, September 17
8am-2pm at Roanoke Natural Foods Co-op
The general rule for e-waste is that it has a plug (versus a combustion engine); however, many battery-operated devices qualify. To inquire about specific items, contact John Bryant at marketing@roanokenaturalfoods.coop or call the store 540.343.5652.
